Sterling Hicks brings a strong competitive background and a passion for player development. A standout at Lafayette High School in St. Joseph, Missouri, Sterling helped lead his team to a Class 4A state runner-up finish while earning multiple first-team honors and championships. He continued his career at Kansas City Kansas Community College and Hesston College-where he was voted team captain-developing into a reliable perimeter shooter and leader. Sterling aspires to coach AAU basketball while continuing to train athletes.
